Depending on how you interact with us, we may process the following personal data:
We process your data to manage table reservations, to respond to your enquiries, to operate and improve our website, and to comply with our legal obligations. Our legal bases are your consent (for analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (handling your reservation), and our legitimate interest in running and improving our restaurant and website.
Our website uses only the strictly necessary cookies it needs to function, plus a single setting that remembers your cookie choice. For visitor statistics we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-friendly: it counts page views in aggregate and never stores personal data, IP addresses or identifiers that could track you across other sites. Because of this, accepting or declining analytics in our banner has very little practical impact on your privacy — we simply ask for your consent before measuring anything. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Reservation correspondence is kept no longer than is needed to manage your booking and our administration.
